Keep the dream alive and continue to support the Blue Horizon Charitable Foundation in its efforts. We have so much to be thankful for in 2012. Here are just some of the highlights:
* Funded $80,000 in stem cell treatments for those in need
* Donated $55,000 in goods and services to Da Silva Foundation and the Red Cross
* Continued efforts on documenting the progress of Bow, a little girl from Thailand, who was abandoned at birth. She has HIV and was born with disfiguring fetal alcohol syndrome. Our dream came true when the Foundation could offer Bow a chance to come to the U.S. for reconstructive facial surgeries and now she can smile again. Directed by Robert Corna, the sequel to Tiny Tears, entitled Smile for Bow, coming soon.
* Held our Summer gala, highlighting the efforts of the Foundation and the important research being conducted in field of stem cell therapy.
